Welcome! I’m delighted that our paths are crossing here.

The events I hold, whether an evening practice, a gentle workshop or a restorative retreat, are all invitations to slow down, turn your eyes inward  and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

My hope is that when you step into one of my classes, you will feel at ease, supported, and free to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Hello, I’m Trish!

My journey into yoga began in the most unexpected way.I saw Madonna perform one night while watching the MTV awards and her strength and grace was amazing. When she said yoga was behind it, I was in. That’s what led me to my first class.

I was living in New York City then, surrounded by endless energy and possibility. I wandered into studios all across the city, just exploring at first. But what started as a simple interest quickly became something much deeper. Each class opened a door to new styles, thoughtful teachers, and a lightness I had never known before. I initially stepped onto the mat hoping to move with the same grace I’d admired, but I stayed because yoga offered me something far more meaningful: a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and calm that shifted me from the inside out. I floated out of every class feeling subtly changed, in ways that slowly took root.

After eleven full and colourful years in NYC, I returned home to the west of Ireland. I wasn’t sure if I would find a community that felt anything like the one I had left behind. Thankfully, I soon discovered Ard Nahoo in County Sligo. Under the guidance of Noeleen Tyrell, an exceptional teacher with over two decades of experience. I completed my 200-hour teacher training. It was a true turning point. I’ve continued to study with Noeleen, along with many other great teachers over the years, deepening my understanding of alignment, philosophy, meditation, and restorative practices.

When you step into my classes, you’re entering a space where you don’t need to be anything other than who you are in that moment. Expect slow, steady, nourishing movement that gently settles the nervous system. Expect breath practices that guide you back to your centre, thoughtful cues that draw you inward, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere where you’re free to soften, listen, and reconnect.

My intention is always the same: to offer grounding, clarity, and nourishment—and to help you remember the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.

Yoga continuously reminds me that healing isn’t loud — it’s quiet, steady, and deeply personal. My intention is to offer you the same quiet support that this practice has offered me.
